JOB TITLE: Proposal Manager DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: VP of Bids & Proposals FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY:
Seeking a full time Proposal Manager who has a solid understanding of the government procurement and proposal writing process and policies - who will lead, manage, and organize the proposal process for government projects, as well as perform the writing/editing, technical, and pricing functions. A thorough understanding of government outsourcing in the areas of environmental engineering, and technical staffing is essential. DOD experience including working knowledge of military agencies is a definite plus.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years proposal management experience; exceptional writing skills combined with the ability to readily grasp concepts, technical processes, and desired tone; ability to convert technical input into intelligent, readable prose; experience with FARS regulations; experience in contract negotiations/drafting; very strong customer relations skills; ability to interact effectively with both external and internal contacts across all organizational levels; excellent proof-reading skills and ability to pay attention to detail; ability to create layouts/marketing experience a plus; and must have the ability to work the hours necessary and under tight deadlines. Undergraduate degree in the scientific field or English essential - education may be substituted for equivalent work experience.

SUMMARY:
Seeking a full time Proposal Writer to collaborating with the proposal Manager(s) as well as various company resources to gather and analyze proposal data, and contribute written texts and other sales-focused documents to support the proposal effort. Incorporating the strategic and offering information provided through Proposal Management, the Proposal Writer researches and writes proposals sections, and other materials geared toward obtaining new business and retaining existing business.

Has assumed on-going section responsibility for multiple disciplines and is recognized as the internal resource for information about the disciplines. The Proposal Writer refines a RFP section responses received for the specific area(s) for which the individual is primarily responsible. Analyses customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFP's) within area of specialization and other writing assignments, and guides proposal content accordingly. Consistently manages multiple and more complex section assignments in a professional, timely, technically accurate manner. Ensure s that all work adheres to departmentıs performance standards

REPORTS TO: VP Contract Administration FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY:
Seeking a full time Contract Administrator with at least 5 years experience in administering U.S. Government prime contracts, subcontracts, and commercial contracts.

This individual will support business teams by assisting the VP Contract Management in analyzing & negotiating terms & conditions, preparing draft proposals, negotiating subcontracts, maintaining files & databases, negotiating contracts, communicating contract requirements & regulations, coordinating & negotiating agreements, advising on Contract related matter, conducting kick-off meetings, and coordinating & communicating deliverables. The Contract Administrator will interface with various governmental agencies on related issues and will provide guidance, advice, and action on such matters to senior management.

This position requires experience in administering government contracts, knowledge of FARS/DFARS regulations and the ability to interpret complex requests for proposal & contractual requirements. Interested candidates should be familiar with financial data & budgets and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Executives FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant for CAG will be responsible for coordinating calendars and appointments for personnel in the Business Development office. Will also be responsible for travel arrangements, expense vouchers, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and interface with all levels of management including VIP visitors, and report tracking, and filing. Also responsible for maintaining supplies and marketing.

- Required Skills: Strong communication skills and good organization skills are a must. The candidate must have strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with appointment scheduling is also important.

- Desired Skills: Experience supporting a Business Development, Marketing or Proposal environment is a plus.

- Typical Minimum Experience: 4 years
